Spreading Love and Gratitude to Those Who Served
At Ella’s Angels, we believe love is a powerful force — especially when it’s shared with those who gave so much for our country. That’s why every February, we launch our
Valentines for Veterans initiative, a heartfelt outreach effort that delivers handmade cards and thoughtful care packages to veterans in hospitals, senior centers, and VA facilities.
What We Do
Leading up to Valentine’s Day, our volunteers gather to create hundreds of handmade Valentine’s cards filled with messages of appreciation, encouragement, and love. These cards are delivered alongside care packages that might include warm socks, lip balm, treats, puzzle books, and other small comforts.
Whether it’s a handwritten note from a child, a drawing from a local school, or a few kind words from a stranger, each item lets our veterans know they are remembered and deeply appreciated.
Our Mission
To ensure that
no veteran feels forgotten on Valentine’s Day — especially those who may be lonely, aging, or far from family. This simple gesture of love brings joy, dignity, and emotional healing to the hearts of our heroes.

Why It Matters
Many veterans live in care homes or are confined to medical facilities. For some, this small Valentine may be the only recognition they receive. Your kindness becomes their warmth. Your love becomes their light.
