Aykui Markaryan brings over two decades of experience as a Youth Case Manager, Employment
Specialist, and Workforce Development Leader, serving as a trusted advocate for students,
families, and community members across Los Angeles County. Known for her compassion,
professionalism, and deep commitment to empowering young people, Aykui has spent more than
20 years helping thousands of individuals build stability, confidence, and long-term success.
In her role as Vice President of Youth & Community Engagement at Ella’s Angels, Aykui leads
the organization’s youth-focused initiatives, family support programs, and school partnerships.
She oversees scholarship coordination, outreach operations, volunteer engagement, and the
development of programs that promote academic and social growth. Her detailed understanding
of community needs ensures that every Ella’s Angels initiative is delivered with integrity,
empathy, and excellence.
