At Ella’s Angels, we believe kindness doesn’t end with giving — it’s about creating opportunities for others to succeed. Our Career Fairs initiative brings this belief to life by connecting students and community members with real job opportunities, training programs, and professional resources that can change their futures.
Through a meaningful collaboration with Monrovia Community Adult School and Career Connect, we proudly support free community job and career events that bridge the gap between education and employment. Together, we’re helping individuals take the next step toward stability, independence, and long-term success.
Each Career Fair is designed to be inclusive, supportive, and full of possibility — featuring 50+ hiring employers, on-site interviews, career workshops, and training opportunities. Nonprofits and community partners also provide essential resources like childcare, housing, and transportation support, making every event a true celebration of hope, learning, and new beginnings.
Our shared mission is simple: to ensure that everyone — whether a recent graduate, a returning worker, or someone seeking a new path — has access to local employment opportunities and the tools needed to thrive. By empowering individuals, we strengthen families and entire communities.
Together with our partners, we’re turning compassion into action — showing that when we open doors to opportunity, we open pathways to confidence, purpose, and brighter futures for all.
